TERMS AND CONDITIONS RETURNS POLICY Shoes are sent via UPS. Always put your delivery address as one where there will be someone to sign for the parcel when it arrives. All shoes purchased from Filippa Scott USA Inc may be exchanged or returned for a refund within the first 14 days after your items are delivered to your door, not 14 days from the date your order was placed. Simply fill in your Returns Form and repack the shoes in their original packaging in the same pristine state that you received them. Shoes that are found to have been worn or damaged in any way will not be refunded. Shipping fees will automatically be charged on all exchanges. To return or exchange your purchase, simply fill out the Returns Form included with your order and post the package to Filippa Scott USA Inc, The Corporate Center, 812 Proctor Avenue, Ogdensburg, New York 13669, USA. Once your returned items have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refund or exchange. Your refund should appear in your account within three days of receiving your email confirmation. For exchanges, any difference in price will be either charged or refunded to the credit card used on the initial purchase unless requested otherwise. |
